Our integrity has been one of the major factors for returning clients and referrals. We are committed to keep information that you discuss with us totally confidential. In addition, all state bars and the professional responsibility rules of the United States Patent & Trademark Office strictly prohibit attorneys from revealing client confidences such as invention disclosure. To do so would likely mean being disbarred, sued, and prosecuted. The patent searchers and technical artists we work with are also experienced patent professionals with whom we have strict confidentiality agreements.
